Human Resources Manager

Position Summary

Responsible for managing the entire spectrum of HR in group level including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development as well as Employee Relations. The incumbent is also task to provide support each of the Business Unit Head in any ad-hoc HR related tasks, projects & issues. Frequently review and revise all Human Resource Management functions, determine, monitor and enforce policy for the different functional areas within the Group.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Director in the development and implementation of HR strategies required to support the Company’s overall business plan.
  • Exposure to recruitment, training & development, IR, HR Admin, payroll and / or general HR exposure a prerequisite.
  • Effectively communicate and interpret HR policies all across branches.
  • Assist in developing, implementing and administering the Group’s rewards and benefits policies.
  • Review the Group’s salary structure and benefits provision and participation in salary benchmarking survey to ensure the Group’s pay competitiveness in the market.
  • Able to write job descriptions in line with business requirements.
  • Able to provide recommendations & solutions on various HR issues to Functional Heads / Department Managers.
  • Provide leadership, foster teamwork & continuous development of HR team members.

Qualifications

  • Min a Bacholar’s degree in HRM/ Business Studies/ Administration / Management or equivalent.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 5 years Human Resource Managerial experiences.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state and employment legislation.
  • In depth knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures in all areas of the Human Resource function.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
