We innovate like a start-up and deliver like a multinational.

We had humble beginnings as a start-up back in 1998. Although we have since grown into a publicly-listed corporation (SGX:U18) with a multi-country presence, we remain nimble in our thinking and operations. We continue to innovate like a start-up. What we mean by this is that like any start-up, making the most out of very scarce resources through creative and innovate thinking is key to survival and success. Now, we continue to think the same way but on behalf of our customers, regardless of their size or the lifecycle stage they are in. Whether you call it bootstrapping or ‘reverse innovation’, we always try to keep upfront costs in perspective with your means, and focus on ensuring that what revenue or cost savings you can generate from our solutions is worth the money you have invested in getting it in the first place. This also means a strong focus on simplicity in all parts of our solution, which helps keep complexity and hence total cost of ownership low. Part of the start-up thinking that is also still alive and kicking among our team has to do with not having any hang-ups or sentimental attachment to how we or our products have successfully done things in the past, especially when times and market needs are changing. We anticipate and adapt quickly for the future so that you don’t get saddled with something that is still premised on outdated thinking or concepts. When it comes to delivery of our systems and services however, we have infrastructure that is as good as a multinational. For instance we have a global service delivery team operating on ITIL-based systems and processes and that is dedicated to ensuring that implementation projects and support activities are proactively managed and delivered reliably.
