MALAYSIA, September 2016 – Unified Communications ((VAS) Sdn Bhd (Unifiedcomms), a leading application service provider for mobile network operators, has announced the launch of its AutoCredit application service for a mobile network operator in Malaysia.
The Unifiedcomms AutoCredit application service enables mobile subscribers to obtain emergency credit during urgent situations, by requesting for a credit loan from the mobile network operator.
AutoCredit has the ability to send intelligent notifications to offer credit loans based on the subscriber’s contextual situation, such as failing a call due to low credit balance. A credit scoring engine is also employed to determine the subscriber’s eligibility to receive a loan.
