Unifiedcomms launches NotifyStatus application service for mobile network operator in Malaysia

MALAYSIA, January 2016 – Unified Communications ((VAS) Sdn Bhd (Unifiedcomms), a leading application service provider for mobile network operators, has announced the launch of its NotifyStatus bundled application service for a mobile network operator in Malaysia.

The Unifiedcomms NotifyStatus application service combines two existing services, NotifyMe and TxtBack, for a comprehensive call notification solution.

NotifyMe allows subscribers to receive an SMS notification the moment the person that they tried and failed to call previously becomes available again.

At the same time, TxtBack allows subscribers to automatically send a personalized SMS message to callers who have failed in their attempt to call them. This provides an easy way to let callers know why subscribers can’t take their call at the moment.
